Isabelle Maddex
I grew up in a small town about 45 minutes outside of Chicago, off the coast of lake Michigan. As the oldest of four, raised by a single mom who ran her own mental health practice, I saw firsthand what it takes to balance business and purpose. Watching her build something meaningful from the ground up is what first got me interested in how businesses connect with people. That early exposure shaped my path toward marketing—where strategy meets storytelling—and taught me the value of consistency, creativity, and showing up with intention.

Life View:
We are here to experience everything that life has to offer. To explore, change, learn, grow, and work together. To feel every emotion possible, and to do all of this without knowing if there is even a purpose at all. I love the feeling I get from freedom, curiosity, creativity, independence, and the love of others. I believe that my journey is an exploration, that meaning comes from experiences, that all emotions have value, and that uncertainty is a part of life’s purpose. I value open-mindedness, connection, community, compassion, freedom, mindfulness, and autonomy. I prioritize cultivating meaningful relationships, exploring the world, self-improvement, acting with integrity and purpose, and contributing to something larger than myself.
Work View:
Work to grow your mind and to change others. To challenge yourself and to encourage others to do the same. To be a part of something bigger than yourself and to join a larger community. Making a positive difference and leaving a piece of yourself in work cannot only encourage individual growth but also leave a large impact. Work to learn structure, time management, and how to deal with difficult situations. To embrace different perspectives and encourage individuality. Work to be financially independent to support the life that you want to live. Good work looks like being honest, taking responsibility, being authentic, finding meaning and purpose, and being challenged while equally fulfilled.
